Tutorial

1. Charge artifact that can seal magical girls by absorbing energy from mana streams.

- Magical girls are too strong to be sealed when transformed.

2. Seal magical girls when they are not transformed.

- Magical girl identities are hidden when transformed.

3. Disturb the peace and measure magical girl response time. Repeat to triangulate which building they come from when they are not transformed.

- Artifact sustains 1 seal, activate when they are all together.

4. Step 2

5. Complete the plan.

Imitate others' mana to shield or deflect attacks.  Magic of a given color is weak to the color on the left and stronger than the color on the right.

(Green is stronger than purple and weak to orange)
